A slight twist on the classic flavours combination of Banana and Chocolate with that caramelise toffee flavour
Banana Toffee Mousse: Fresh banana is slowly cooked in a light caramel to form a sweet tropical flavour, and folded with soft whipped cream to give it a smooth and velvety texture
Banana Toffee Cream: Banana Toffee Mousse is further lighten up with whipped cream to form an light and airy creamy texture
Fresh Banana: Locally sourced fresh banana
Banana Toffee Mousse is filled in between Chocolate Chiffon with fresh chocolate cream to provide that caramelised, bittersweet sensation. Chucks of fresh banana in between the layer for that fresh, sweet tropical bite. This is a cake for those who enjoy a not-so-heavy yet slightly decadent flavour and texture.

Slicing Tip
Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice.
