Pickup Hours: 10am - 6pm

 

Prior to pickup

Email will be sent to notify the buyer that the order is ready for pickup. Please check your main inbox, spam or promotions folder. Pick up can be done anytime from the time you received the email till 6pm. Should item is not picked up on that day by 6pm. Item will only be kept for the next following day from 10am-6pm and buyer can come and pick up at the store between that time. Should there has been no collection for the item after 2 days, it will be disposed due to the perishable nature of the products.

 

Grab/Lalamove/3rd Party Drivers

Please select car as the transportation mode should the buyer arrange their own 3rd party driver to collect from the store. The item has to be transported by car with air conditioner on high. Cooler bag and ice packs are required for longer journey (Eg: journey exceeding 1 hr)

Please provide the driver with your name and order number as the information will be used to verify the order upon pick up.

Adelaide Fine Bakes will not be liable of the condition of the items once it has been picked up by the 3rd party driver arranged by the buyer. Buyer is encouraged to ask the driver to take pictures of all items upon pick up and after delivering to you.

We do not provide service in arranging 3rd party delivery services on behalf of pickup customers. Please arrange your own 3rd party delivery service if you could not make it for pick up from our store.

 

Handling of cakes

All cakes need to be transported by car and to be place on flat surface eg, car floor.

Cakes can last in a car ride for around 1 hour with AC on high. We recommend the use of cooler bag and ice packs for longer journeys.

 

Change from pickup to delivery 

We cannot change your order from pickup to delivery. However, you may opt for the following options

  1. Remain your order
  2. Arrange your own 3rd party delivery service such as Grab/Lalamove car to collect the items from us from your chosen time slot to 6pm
  3. Cancel order. (There will be no refund or replacement in this case of cancellation)
