Peanut Butter Cream: Light creamy yet nutty peanut butter cream with a hint of saltiness
Cream Corn: The core flavour of Apam Balik, sweet, creamy corn, who knows they go that well with peanut butter!
Roasted crushed peanut: Another crucial element in a classic Apam Balik, replicated here to introduce a textural contrast in this cake
Pandan Chiffon: Just a twist to amplify that local flavours
Corn and peanut, who knew huh? but they worked, creamy, juicy corn, nutty peanut butter cream and roasted peanut, all layered in between a soft fine Pandan chiffon. It’s an interesting, harmonious, nostalgic flavours that we grew up to.

Storage and serving
Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving
Do not freeze the cake
The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge
Best consumed within 2 days.
Slicing Tip
Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice.
Travel Tip
Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour
For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use cooler bag with ice pack
