Strawberry Custard Butter
An interesting new take on the classic Strawberry Shortcake with our house made Strawberry Coulis and Creme Mousseline
Strawberry Coulis: Fresh strawberries pureed and cooked slow and low with a dash of lemon juice, reduced to preserve and intensify the vibrant sweet fragrance from the fresh strawberries.
Creme Mousseline: Creamy smooth Pastry Cream mixed with salted butter to achieve a luxurious smooth filling with a hint of saltiness.
Fresh Strawberries: Fresh strawberries imported from Australia, Korea, US, Turkey.
A generous amount of imported fresh strawberries, layered in between luxurious Creme Mousseline, giving it an interesting flavour and texture contrast of sweet fragrance and hint of saltiness, crunch and creamy. Strawberry Coulis to further highlight the strawberry fragrance and bringing some sharpness to cut through the decadence of the Cream Mousseline. A soft fine chiffon to carry this interesting flavour contrast, and a new refreshing presentation to showcase the respective components of this wonderful Strawberry Custard Butter.

Storage and serving
Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving

The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge

Slicing Tip
Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice.
Travel Tip
Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour
For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use a cooler bag with ice packs.
