Ultra creamy, caramelised, smooth, rich yet light Burnt Cheesecake made from simply cream cheese, cream, eggs, sugar and a little flour.

2 main profiles that we love from Burnt Cheesecake, caramelised and creamy, made with straight forward high quality ingredients and baked at high temperature for a short time to give it dark brown crust yet soft creamy texture.

Storage and serving 

Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving

Do not freeze the cake

The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge

Best consumed within 2 days

Slicing Tip

Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice. 

Travel Tip

Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour

For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use a cooler bag with ice packs.
