Imagine caramelised and nutty flavour from Biscoff Spread together with sharp tangy flavour from the cream cheese and sour cream. This is an absolute special and decadent treat for all the cheesecake lovers.   

 

Biscoff Spread: A nutty and caramelised spread 

Biscoff Crumb: Crunchy, caramelised Biscoff biscuit

Sour Cream: A sharp flavour to further enhance the tangy profile of the cake

 

Layered with Biscoff Biscuit and Digestive biscuit at the bottom, a smooth decadent mixture of cream cheese, sour cream, Biscoff Spread, baked gentle to a nice smooth creamy texture, and top it off with a thin glaze of Biscoff Spread and side piping. Biscoff Cheesecake has been our customers’ favourite cheesecake since Day 1.

Storage and serving 

Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving

Do not freeze the cake

The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge

Best consumed within 2 days

 

Slicing Tip

Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice. 

 

Travel Tip

Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour

For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use a cooler bag with ice packs.
