Hazelnut Praline: Roasted hazelnut and caramel blended into a wonderful intense nutty paste
Hazelnut Spread: Roasted hazelnut simply blend into a spread with no sugar added, a pure punch of Hazelnut aroma.
Whipped Dark Callebaut Chocolate Ganache: A decadent yet smooth and airy bittersweet whipped ganache made with 54.5% Dark Coverture Callebaut Chocolate and cream.
Whipped Milk Callebaut Chocolate Ganache: Creamy, smooth, airy whipped ganache made with 33.3% Milk Coverture Callebaut Chocolate and cream.
Hazelnut Praline Feuilletine: Feuilletine, a type of paper-thin crispy crepe from France crushed and mixed with Hazelnut Praline, giving it a surprising crispy texture throughout the cake.
Layers of smooth and airy bittersweet and creamy Whipped Dark and Milk Callebaut Chocolate Ganache, spread with an intense roasted nutty zero sugar Hazelnut Spread, top off with caramelised nutty Hazelnut Praline Feuilletine, giving it a crispy texture throughout the cake. A clean, crisp presentation with chocolate piping and Hazelnut Praline topping. This is definitely a cake for those who enjoy a high-quality bittersweet chocolate and roasted nutty flavour.

Storage and serving
Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving

The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge

Slicing Tip
Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice.
Travel Tip
Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour
For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use a cooler bag with ice packs.
