Our interpretation of an absolute classic dessert, with coffee, smooth Mascarpone cheese and coffee chiffon constructed in different level to pick you up as they say.

Mascarpone Cheese: Mascarpone cheese whipped together with cream and vanilla to give you that light smooth texture and delicate flavour.

Coffee Mascarpone Cheese: A twist to further enhance the coffee aroma by mixing in coffee into the cream with Mascarpone for a bittersweet aroma.

Coffee Chiffon: A soft fine coffee chiffon and infused with more coffee before assemble.

Bittersweet and strong coffee aroma from Coffee Mascarpone Cheese and Coffee Chiffon to kick off your day, and accompany by a smooth velvety Mascarpone Cheese to give you softer finish with this cake. A dusting of Cocoa powder to enhance this delightful bittersweet experience for all the coffee lovers.

Storage and serving 

Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 C) for a minimum of 30 mins upon receiving before serving

Do not freeze the cake

The cake is best consumed shortly after being taken out from the fridge

Best consumed within 2 days

Slicing Tip

Use stainless steel knife, slice downwards, remove the knife from the bottom, and clean knife after each slice. 

Travel Tip

Cake travels well in car on flat surface such as car floor with AC on high for around 1 hour

For journey that takes longer than 1 hour, we strongly recommend to use a cooler bag with ice packs.
